Seasonsway.com's 14 Day Returns Policy
Seasonsway.com has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if it has size issues (apparel and footwear only) or if the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund.
We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on 8080034005(Toll Free) or drop an email at within a period of 30 days, from the date of delivery.
Conditions for return:
1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
1. If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a Seasonsway.com voucher.
2. If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
